Adding [HASVALUE:xxx:xxx] tag

Details: I'm using Smart-Thinker on my site and find that it's great, reguarding that it's free.
Know what I'm missing is som TAGS like in Ventrian modules [HASVALUE],[HASCOMMENT] and so on.

Would it be possible to add a tag like [HASVALUE:existingTagToCheck] do this or that [/HASVALUE:existingTagToCheck].

With a tag like this one could realy do great stuff, not only in UserProfile but also in the other modules.

This would be a great way to hide profiles easily in the User Directory for people that don't want public profiles and that's just the beginning!
